These website terms apply to visitors of Horizon Field. Coaching, facilitation and development work is supplied only under separately agreed engagement terms.

Scope of website information

The site describes a professional approach but cannot diagnose needs or recommend a course of action for an individual. Specialist concerns should be taken to an appropriately qualified adviser.

Professional relationship

No client relationship arises from browsing or sending an initial message. We may decline work and will agree the relevant terms before accepting an engagement.

Safe and lawful use

Visitors must not undermine security, overwhelm systems, insert harmful technology, collect data unlawfully or present our material as their own.

Content ownership

Text, design and brand elements are owned or properly licensed by Horizon Field. Limited personal reference is permitted; broader publication and commercial exploitation are not.

Updates and links

Pages can change as services develop. Where the site opens a third-party application or service, its operator controls that environment and its terms.

Limits recognised by law

These terms do not remove non-excludable rights or liabilities. Otherwise, we make no guarantee about outcomes derived from generic content and limit liability where UK law permits.
